The personal date you submit for information request , document request, reservation on events or visiting and estimate assessment（hereinafter, this is called “Actions”） is sent to the real estate company/house maker/construction shop/others that you choose on the service for Actions (hereinafter, this is called ”Client Companies”). Please note that if the required information you provide is inadequate, you may not receive the service for Actions by Client Companies.

The specified electronic mail may be sent to your address you submit for Action to inform you of helpful information about campaign and advertising by Client Companies. 
The personal date you submit will be utilized/managed/retained by Client Companies that receive the information request for the purpose of sending materials, notifications, etc. 

Recruit maintains personal data for a specific period for the purpose of smoothly conducting our services and may contact you to confirm data such as address and name when the information is unclear. Please refer to the SUUMO Privacy Policy  for information about how Recruit SUUMO manages personal data, disclosures, revisions, and prohibition of use.
